Fading Vision Does Not Have to Be a Part of Getting Older

Presbyopia,is commonly referred to as "aging vision" .It is when the lens of the eye loses flexibility and the muscles that help the eye focus start to get tighter.

This condition is common to everyone at some point in their lives, generally around the age of 40. As the body naturally ages, the ciliary muscle, which is the muscle that helps the eye to focus, becomes inflexible. This inflexibility causes the eye to have a difficult time focusing on close objects.

First, you might notice it is harder to read the newspaper or a menu at your favorite restaurant. Before you know it, your arms are not long enough to read anything.

Your eye doctor will recommend reading glasses to help your eye compensate. If you already wear glasses, you will probably be introduced to bifocals. Once you start wearing reading glasses, your eye becomes more and more dependant on them, and your natural vision becomes weaker.

There is a natural way to slow down the aging process in the eye. There are special eye exercises and natural vision-improvement techniques that can help you regain the elasticity that your eyes once had.

While natural vision improvement isn't nearly as common as surgery or corrective lenses, you can save hundreds or perhaps thousands of dollars by safely and naturally rebuilding your vision by tested eye exercises.

As mentioned above, science has proven that stiffening of the ciliary muscle is a component that causes aging vision. In fact, you probably have more than a few muscles that don't feel quite as limber as they used to!

What do you do when you have a tight hamstring or triceps? You stretch it out every day, and over time, it regains its normal movement.

Your eyes are no different, they respond the same way as any other muscle.

There is just one catch: You have to do the exercises!
